Miss Colleen Penn answers all phone calls and most of my e-mails. She knows the answer to all enquiries so do not request to speak to Mistress la Luna. It would be helpful if you would let Colleen know from which publication or website you originally obtained my details & also be prepared to give her your first name and the first letter of your surname.
Colleen will take full details of what you are seeking, give advice & make a booking if appropriate. She may require you to e-mail her but this is not usually necessary. I usually speak to new submissives for ten minutes before our session starts, to resolve any outstanding concerns & to put newbies a little more at ease. However, if you prefer the session to start immediately you arrive at my chambers, without any small talk first, let Colleen know.
My Secretary acts as a necessary barrier between me and callers who are not suitable for one reason or another. You will meet me ONLY if you are scrupulously polite, respectful & attentive to Colleen’s instructions. If you do not meet my secretary’s criteria for good manners, you will not meet ME!
